Illinois Shines Resumes Acceptance of Traditional Community Solar Project Applications.
On November 1, 2022, Illinois Shines (also known as the Adjustable Block Program), resumed acceptance of project applications for Traditional Community Solar projects. The Illinois Power Agency and Program Administrator will be providing updates and information in the coming weeks as review, scoring, and project selection for community solar projects are completed.
Illinois Shines Opens for 2022-2023 Program Year, Re-Opens for Applications
Illinois Shines (also known as the Adjustable Block Program) opened today for the 2022-2023 Program Year to expand statewide solar access by resuming acceptance of both new solar project applications and Approved Vendor registrations.
