As previously announced, the Program Administrators and IPA proposed a change to the cadence of Consumer Protection Working Group meeting to a quarterly schedule, requesting feedback by March 25, 2026. Since Program inception, these meetings have run on a monthly cadence which allowed for regular feedback from participants on consumer protection-related matters as significant new Consumer Protection initiatives were launched and developed. The teams proposed moving to a quarterly cadence for meetings for a richer agenda and more robust discussion from stakeholders.
Effective June 2026, the meetings will occur quarterly on the first Friday of the month on a March, June, September, December cadence, with the next meeting on Friday, June 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. CST. Should circumstances require, the Programs and IPA can schedule a special meeting outside of this cadence and would endeavor to provide stakeholders with at least two weeks’ notice of such a meeting.
