Beginning the 2026-27 Program Year, projects participating in the Community Solar subcategory of the Equity Eligible Contractor category, where the EEC Approved Vendor “self-performs” most of the engineering, procurement, and construction (“EPC”), and development work, will be eligible for a $5/REC adder.
