On April 18, 2025, the Agency will release the final versions of the Program Guidebook, Consumer Protection documents, and REC Prices. This release – 45 days ahead of the June 2, 2025 start date of the 2025-26 Program Year – is intended to give participants sufficient time to review the updates, understand the changes, and prepare to comply with all new requirements outlined in the Program Guidebook.
