REC Contract Amendments for Payment Deferrals for DY2021-2022
On August 31, the Illinois Power Agency published REC Contract Amendments to implement payment deferrals for DY2021-2022, pursuant to the May 27, 2021 ICC Order. The REC contract amendments were developed in consultation with stakeholders and REC contract counterparties.
