REC Contract Amendments for Payment Deferrals for DY2021-2022
On August 31, the Illinois Power Agency published REC Contract Amendments to implement payment deferrals for DY2021-2022, pursuant to the May 27, 2021 ICC Order. The REC contract amendments were developed in consultation with stakeholders and REC contract counterparties. Additional announcements will be forthcoming regarding next steps for amendment execution.
