The last Part II Verification date for April will be April 24, 2026. Applications that were Part II verified on or before April 24, 2026, will be included in the May invoicing period. Application processing will continue throughout the last week of the month and any applications that are reviewed between April 25, 2026 and April 30, 2026 will be invoiced in June 2026. 

The last Part II Verification date for May will be May 22, 2026. Applications that were Part II verified on or before May 22, 2026, will be included in the June invoicing period. Application processing will continue throughout the last week of the month and any applications that are reviewed between May 23, 2026 and May 31, 2026 will be invoiced in July 2026. 

The last Part II Verification date for June will be June 24, 2026. Applications that were Part II verified on or before June 24, 2026, will be included in the July invoicing period. Application processing will continue throughout the last week of the month and any applications that are reviewed between June 25, 2026 and June 30, 2026 will be invoiced in August 2026. 

AVs with active REC contracts will receive a link to the Annual Report and SharePoint folders and will need to review reports on SharePoint and submit Annual Report responses. Non-submission of the Annual Report is an event of default under the REC contract.  

This is the deadline to submit the Annual Report. Not filing an Annual Report by the deadline may jeopardize an AVs standing in the Program.    

Program Administrator will contact AVs to cure any report discrepancies. Annual Reports that were not submitted during the preceding response period will not be accepted during this time. The cure period is limited to the curing of issues identified in already submitted Annual Reports.   

The last Part II Verification date for July will be July 27, 2026. Applications that were Part II verified on or before July 27, 2026, will be included in the August invoicing period. Application processing will continue throughout the last week of the month and any applications that are reviewed between July 28, 2026 and July 31, 2026 will be invoiced in September 2026. 

This is the deadline to submit the Annual Report. Not filing an Annual Report by the deadline may jeopardize an AVs standing in the Program.
