Reminder: Stakeholder Feedback on Draft Program Documents Due March 26, 2025
On March 7, 2025, the Agency released draft Program documents including draft Consumer Protection documents and draft REC Prices for the 2025-26 Program Year. The Agency published updated draft 2025-26 Program Year Program Guidebook and redline comparison between current 2024-25 Program Guidebook and draft 2025-26 Program Guidebook documents on March 17, 2025.

Following the March 7, 2025 release of the draft 2025-26 Program Year Program Guidebook, the Agency discovered the omission of two scoring criteria in Appendix E – Scoring Criteria for Traditional Community Solar Projects. Illinois Shines 2024-25 Program Year Mentorship Program Concludes, Honoring Graduating Mentees
The Illinois Shines 2024-25 Program Year Mentorship Program concluded Monday, March 10, 2025, with an in-person graduation ceremony for mentees. The event capped an eight-week Mentorship Program during which mentees completed virtual training courses and participated in live, interactive sessions with experienced AV mentors and the Program Administrator’s subject matter
