The Illinois Power Agency (IPA) has published final versions of the Program Year 2026-27 Program Guidebook, Consumer Protection Handbook, Distributed Generation (DG) and Community Solar (CS) Contract Requirements, and updated Stranded Customer REC Adder Categories.
