Special Announcement: Planned System Maintenance Completed; Portal Availability Has Resumed
As previously shared, the Program portal entered a period of planned system maintenance at 6:00 p.m. CPT on Saturday, April 8, 2023. The maintenance period was expected to last 12 hours until 6:00 a.m. CPT on Sunday, April 9, 2023. Access to the portal was restored at approximately 9:30 a.m.

The Program Administrator’s release of a software update on Thursday, April 6, 2023 included updates to data objects to facilitate Part II application review. The release has temporarily prevented the ability for a subset of Part II applications to be submitted; specifically, AVs who are attempting to submit Part II

Reminder: Stakeholder Feedback on Program Guidebook Deadline – April 3, 2023
On March 14, 2023, the Illinois Power Agency released a draft Program Guidebook for the Illinois Shines program for stakeholder feedback. Both a clean version of the draft as well as a redline comparison between the October 18, 2022 (current Program Guidebook) and March 14, 2023, versions can be found
