Illinois Power Agency Publishes Draft 2026 Illinois Shines REC Delivery Contracts for Stakeholder Feedback
The Illinois Power Agency has issued a Request for Stakeholder Comments on the draft 2026 15-year and 20-year REC Contracts for Illinois Shines.
