Portal Update — REC Estimate
The Program Administrator has received reports from users that the REC estimate in Section 5 of the Part I application in the portal may not be calculating correctly. The IPA has consulted with the Program Administrator and has determined to leave the portal open while this is investigated to allow

Uploading of Land Use Permits Where Applicable
Section 5.F of the Program Guidebook requires that ground-mounted systems larger than 250 kW AC must provide a land use permit from the AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction). If a land use permit is not applicable, the Approved Vendor must provide written confirmation from the AHJ that no permit is required.

Preparation for Community Solar Application Opening, Tomorrow 11/1/22, and File Size Limitations
The ability to submit Part I applications for the Traditional Community Solar (“TCS”) category, and Part I applications for community solar projects in the Equity Eligible Contractors (“EEC”) and Public Schools categories opens in the Program portal tomorrow, November 1, 2022, at 8:00 a.m. Central Time. REMINDER – For a
