The Program Administrator is committed to providing continuous updates and additional information on application processing progress. Actual application processing totals last week exceeded the week’s projections shared in the April 4, 2023 weekly update announcement in every project category and application type but one, and updated data is presented below.

As previously shared, the Program portal entered a period of planned system maintenance at 6:00 p.m. CPT on Saturday, April 8, 2023. The maintenance period was expected to last 12 hours until 6:00 a.m. CPT on Sunday, April 9, 2023. Access to the portal was restored at approximately 9:30 a.m.
