Illinois Shines features annual blocks of capacity that remain open until block capacity is exhausted for the Program Year, and unused or uncontracted capacity is redistributed after the close of a Program Year. Reminder: Minimum Equity Standard (MES) 2024-25 Program Year Compliance Plan Due June 3, 2024
The project workforce of each participating Approved Vendor and Designee must comprise a required minimum percentage of Equity Eligible Persons (EEPs).
