IPA Files Petition with ICC to Modify 2022 Long-Term Plan
On December 2, 2022 the IPA petitioned the Illinois Commerce Commission to reopen the proceeding that approved the 2022 Long-Term Plan in order to make modifications to the Plan to address issues related to the Equity Eligible Contractor category of the Adjustable Block Program.
