Bugfix: DFs (CS & DG) created through CSV and API do not include hyphens in phone numbers. Previously, Disclosure Forms created via CSV or API did not apply formatting to phone numbers and would save them as is. The portal will now add hyphens to standardize phone number formatting to xxx-xxx-xxxx where applicable.
